    • Strictly NO DEPOSIT, NO RESERVATION for pre-ordered items.
    • ETA (estimated time of arrival) is subject to change. it is only an estimated time and not the actual arrival.
    • Balances are to be paid ON OR BEFORE items arrive.
    • No after sales service for non-resin figures. In case of damage for non-resin figures/statues, A full video documentation is required by the supplier starting from the brown box opening for proper assessment of whether or not the resin statue/figure will be replaced by the supplier. Pick up will be at Greenhills Shoppesville Plus. Shipping is also good at the buyers expense.
    • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will allow transfer/refunds if in case the price was changed or the item was canceled.
    • You have 7 DAYS from the arrival date to pick up your item. Unclaimed items will be forfeited regardless if its fully paid or not.
    • Pre-orders are subject to allocation and if in case of stock shortage or items cancelled by the supplier, we will refund the deposit to the customer.
    • Buying/ getting pre-orders from us means you fully understand and accept all the terms and conditions that are stated above.
    • 7 Days return / replacement for damages due to our negligence in packing. we will not be responsible for any damages due to shipping or problems with the courier.
    • We fully document all resin before shipping and we will only accept claims / disputes with proper documentation ( e.g video unboxing)
    • In case of return / replacement the buyer will shoulder the shipping fee to and from our office.
